No Space? No Problem!
We're called Mini-House for a reason!
We are a boutique LA studio designing and building custom ADUs from first sketch to final construction. With years of architectural experience and meticulous project management, we simplify planning, permitting, and construction. Our trusted builders and artisans turn properties into high-value investments.
